Alishia completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at The University of Sydney. Prior to this, Alishia has gained extensive experience through years of engagement in the health industry including corporate Pilates, and general fitness training.
Alishia is a positive and passionate Exercise Physiologist who adopts a holistic and evidence-based approach. She believes that movement is a form of medicine and strives to help others achieve their personal goals.
Alishia has a strong interest in Women’s Health, Pilates and exercise prescription, pain management and cardio-metabolic health.
Alishia practices what she preaches. When she isn’t working, she is exposing herself to new challenges. In her spare time you can find her practicing Muay Thai or learning about finance and investing.
Favourite exercise: The wall squat, with a current record of 4 minutes and 30 seconds. This one definitely gets the legs shaking!
