10 minute free initial assessment between 4:30-6:30 on Tuesdays

We kindly ask that you only book between 4:30pm - 6:30pm on Tuesday.

How it works:


1. Submit Your Claim Request
Complete your SportsCover Personal Accident Claim Request online here:

2. Receive Your Claim Forms
SportsCover will email you a claim pack to complete.

3. Send the Forms to Us
Forward the forms to [email protected] and Chris will complete the physio section during your complimentary 15-minute assessment.

4. Book Your Follow-Up
Once your claim has been opened with SportsCover, we can book your follow-up physiotherapy appointments

  • Appointments are paid upfront and can then be submitted to SportsCover for reimbursement consideration. Claim approval and reimbursement are determined directly by SportsCover.
