Claire graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University and has always been passionate about exercise and movement, both for physical and mental well-being. She loves helping clients return to the activities they enjoy, offering personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Claire’s physiotherapy career has been diverse, with experience across various public hospitals and a recent focus on rehabilitation. She is experienced in managing a wide range of cases, from musculoskeletal rehabilitation to post-operative recovery and neurological conditions. Having working with peopled of all ages and backgrounds, Claire’s approach to patient care is both comprehensive and individualised. Her passion for movement began in her teenage years when she competed in surf lifesaving, and it has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others move well. Outside of work, she continues to embrace movement and the outdoors through hiking, swimming, and practicing yoga. She is currently learning how to make kombucha and is on a mission to perfect her sourdough recipe!
