Della is a chartered physiotherapist from Ireland with a BSc. in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology and a MSc. in Physiotherapy, allowing her to build a strong foundation in musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation. Having studied in both Ireland and London, Della has gained experience in a variety of settings including paediatric, elderly, athletes, inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy. Della has also been an avid sports person, growing up horse riding, swimming, running half marathons, playing rugby and Oztag. She has had the opportunity to play international Oztag and has 24 Caps for Ireland. Her role as part of Team Ireland's physiotherapy team during the 2022 Oztag World Cup involved injury management and optimizing player performance. Della is also qualified in dry needling, providing her patients with a versatile range of treatment options. She has worked extensively with professional, semi-professional, and club-level athletes in rugby union and basketball, refining her expertise in musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, exercise prescription and rehabilitation. With six years of experience teaching swimming to all levels, Della has developed exceptional communication skills, this has enabled her to develop a patient-centred approach.
