Demi holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. During her undergraduate studies, she also attained Certificates III and IV in Fitness. With a background in competitive netball, Demi has developed a deep understanding of human movement, allowing her to optimise performance and reduce injury risk. Specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a focus on sports-related injuries, Demi is committed to patient education. She strives to ensure her patients fully understand their conditions, enabling them to set and achieve realistic recovery goals. In her personal time, Demi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, embarking on long road trips, attending live music events, and exploring the outdoors.
