The program includes: 
  • Injury screening and performance testing to find any risk areas or weaknesses
  • 1 on 1 individualised strength & conditioning sessions
  • Ongoing physiotherapy management
  • Testing every 8 weeks to monitor improvements
  • Direct communication with your coach
