Elizabeth is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a passion for strength and Pilates-based rehabilitation. She helps clients manage musculoskeletal pain, prepare for and recover safely following surgery, and regain strength, control and confidence. She has a special interest in pre/postnatal pilates.She holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Rehabilitation for Sports Injuries from the Australian Catholic University. Elizabeth combines evidence-based treatment with goal-focused, progressive programs to deliver lasting results — not just short-term relief.
