Ellen takes the time to understand each person's goals and focuses on identifying the underlying cause of pain, not just the symptoms. She uses a combination of hands-on treatment, personalised exercise programs, and education to help clients recover from injury, improve their movement, and build long-term confidence in managing their health. During her clinical training, Ellen completed a placement with the Canberra Raiders, where she gained valuable experience working alongside athletes in a high-performance sporting environment. This experience strengthened her skills in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, while reinforcing the importance of tailored rehabilitation for every individual. Ellen has a particular interest in helping people manage osteoarthritis, treating shoulder pain, and using Clinical Pilates to improve strength, movement, and function. She enjoys empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve lasting results and return to the activities they love with confidence.
