Hayley completed her Master of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. With a Bachelors degree in Sport Management and Honours in Health Science, Hayley has a strong passion for exercise and fitness, implementing this with all her clients. As an avid gym-goer, Hayley enjoys developing exercise programs with her clients, tailored to what they enjoy and their fitness goals.
Hayley has experience working in acute hospital care, neurological rehabilitation and sports coverage in the NRL. Hayley also has an avid interest in women’s health physiotherapy, qualified in pelvic health and lifespan-related issues. Hayley has an extensive sporting history and is very interested in acute injury and post-surgical rehabilitation.
When not at work, Hayley enjoys going to the gym, cruising with her family or reading with a cup of tea.
