Imogen joined our Movement 101 team in September 2025. Originally from London, Imogen made the move to Sydney in February 2025, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience. With over three years of hands-on involvement in the health and wellness industry, she has developed a strong foundation in client care, effective communication, and delivering consistently high standards of service.
Imogen is driven by a genuine passion for helping others feel their best, and her approachable nature makes her a perfect fit for our team. You’ll most often find her at our Waterloo clinic, where she’s the friendly face that greets clients as they walk through the door. Outside of work, Imogen enjoys staying active and making the most of Sydney’s beautiful outdoors. She’s an avid runner and loves exploring new hiking trails on the weekends. When she’s not on the move, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen, cooking for friends and family.
