With over a decade of physiotherapy experience, Jade combines expertise, passion, and personal commitment to empowering clients through movement. Originally from the UK and a Cardiff University graduate, she has spent the last six years in Singapore, treating a diverse range of clients from elite athletes to those managing everyday pain.An Ironman finisher and keen triathlete, Jade brings a deep understanding of resilience and recovery to her practice. A cycling accident that left her with multiple neck fractures profoundly shaped her empathy and approach to rehabilitation. She recently completed an MSc in Clinical Management of Pain, enhancing her ability to treat complex conditions.Specialising in musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, Jade uses evidence-based techniques with a holistic approach. At Movement 101, she’s excited to bring her knowledge, humour, and love of movement to Sydney. Outside the clinic, she’s cycling, training for her next race, or on a mission to find the best flat white and pastry in town.
