Growing up playing competitive sports and having an interest in the physical and mental components of the human body, Jessica pursued her career in physiotherapy with a keen passion for making a positive difference in each of her clients lives.
She takes an active and patient centred approach to treatment and rehabilitation, using a mix of a hands-on approach, exercise, and education. Jessica works to empower her clients and to enable them to take full control of their health and wellbeing, while helping them to reach their individualised goals.
Outside of work, Jessica is known to live an adventurous life! She enjoys travelling, hiking and finding new places to explore. On the weekends, Jessica can be found spending time at the beach, learning to surf, and searching for new restaurants around Sydney to try.
