Jess is a Chartered Physiotherapist from the UK, graduating from Bournemouth University in 2021. Since qualifying, she has worked across both private practice and orthopaedic hospital settings, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical interests lie in post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and helping individuals return to the activities they love.
During her time in orthopaedics, Jess developed a particular passion for guiding patients through the recovery process after surgery — from early mobility to regaining strength and confidence. She believes in combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programs to support long-term recovery and injury prevention.
Jess understands that every person’s goals are unique and focuses on empowering her patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Whether it’s returning to sport, managing pain, or building strength for everyday life.
Outside the clinic, Jess enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling, and keeping active through running, strength training, and CrossFit — as well as occasionally testing her coordination socially with racket sports. She believes that movement is medicine and brings this enthusiasm for an active lifestyle into her clinical practice.
