With her Masters in public relations, Karen has honed her skills in communication, relationship building, and strategic planning over the past 10 years. Armed with her passion for connecting people and making a difference, she embarked on a career path with Movement 101 that would allow her to blend her strengths and aspirations.
As a Community Manager, Karen serves as a bridge between the Occupational Therapy team and the wider community. She excels in fostering positive relationships, both online and offline, by engaging with clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Through her exceptional communication skills, she ensures that the team's services are effectively communicated, addressing the needs and concerns of clients, and building trust within the allied health community. In addition to her community management responsibilities, Karen collaborates closely with the business development and leadership team, leveraging her expertise to contribute to overall growth and brand visibility.
