Lauren, who set foot in Australia in January 2023 from Wales, is an integral part of our client experience team at the Mascot clinic.
She moved to Sydney to embrace the vibrant city and beach life. With a decade of experience in client experience roles and a degree in fashion marketing, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. She loves meeting new people, keeping busy, and interacting with clients, making her perfect for the front-facing admin role.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reformer Pilates, is an avid reader, and has a deep passion for books. She even started her own book club in Sydney, which she loves for bringing people together and allowing her to meet new friends. Additionally, Lauren enjoys dining out with friends on weekends and exploring Sydney's diverse culinary scene.
