Louise prides herself on maintaining an empathetic and client centered approach, ensuring that her clients feel supported and heard throughout their journey toward achieving their desired goals. Louise’s mission is to assist people of all ages to feel strong and pursue what they love.
With a background as a competitive dancer, across various genres at the state and national levels, spanning 13 years, Louise developed a deep passion for movement and body mechanics. This passion led Louise to complete her undergraduate studies at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, followed by a Masters of Exercise Physiology. After this she has broadened her scope in becoming an ASCA lvl 1 Strength and Conditioning coach as well as a Pilates Instructor.Through her private practice experience, Louise has a deep passion for treating the following conditions:
Women’s health e.g., peri menopause, menopause + post menopause
Neurological Conditions e.g., Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerosis.
Oncology e.g., Breast + Prostate Cancer
Outside of work, Louise enjoys Sydneys endless coastal walks and seizes any opportunity to watch a sunrise/sunsets. She is also a massive foodie so she loves finding new cafes/restaurants to try!
