Luke Hurditch Exercise Physiologist | Chatswood, Cremorne & Neutral Bay
Luke is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who delivers personalised, evidence-based care across rehabilitation, performance, and long-term health. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Masters of Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University (ACU).
With a background in high-performance rugby union, including selection in the NSW Waratahs Under 20s squad, Luke brings firsthand experience of injury rehabilitation following an ACL injury. This shapes his approach to structured exercise prescription for safe recovery, injury prevention, and sustainable movement. Luke has a strong interest in osteoporosis management and athletic performance, and enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. Known for his empathetic and approachable nature, he values good conversation, listens carefully, and is very passionate about achieving meaningful clinical outcomes. Outside the clinic, Luke enjoys staying active, coffee catch-ups around the Northern Beaches, and exploring local restaurants.
