Millie graduated from the University of East London in 2019. Since then she has worked with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds and ages. Throughout this time Millie has become a dedicated physiotherapist specialising in Women's Health and musculoskeletal (MSK) treatments.

Millie particularly enjoys pre and post natal care of women, as well as bladder and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is committed to empowering her clients through personalised care, and combines her expertise in physiotherapy with her qualifications in APPI Pilates, to create tailored rehabilitation programs that enhance both physical function and overall well-being. Millie has worked closely in London with clients post ankle, knee and hip surgeries.

Outside of her clinical work, Millie enjoys hiking, spending time in nature and time with friends and family. She understands how these activities positively impact mental health. With her knowledge, compassionate care, and love for the outdoors, Millie is committed to helping her clients thrive in their journey of health and wellness.
