Robert is a Doctor of Physiotherapy and an Exercise Physiologist with distinction. Along his way he obtained personal training and strength and conditioning accreditations. He is the lead author on research article published in Hypertension Research and co-author of 3 other papers.
Robert is an accomplished health professional having worked in high performance sporting settings with international athletes (including Rugby League, Dancers, Gymnastics and BMX to name a few). He has extensive experience with pain management and has a knack for keeping people going on their performance goals. Robert strives to deliver an excellent service that makes a profound impact on people’s health journey. He wants to take people out of pain and into a high-performance mindset.
Robert has recently retired from officiating Rugby League with NSWRL and now spends his time in the gym and ticking off park runs. He is a local Oztag champion and is likely to be found rock climbing. Occasionally he dabbles with archery. Robert doesn’t sit down for long as he’s often planning his next camping or hiking trip. When he is home, he’s tending to his veggie patch.
