Shauna is an Irish-qualified physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy in Ireland. She has a strong background in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, having worked in private practice and with a range of amateur & professional teams across multiple disciplines, such as GAA & rugby. She has also provided massage therapy support to international rugby teams such as New Zealand, Italy, and Argentina. Alongside her clinical work, Shauna is a qualified Pilates instructor, integrating movement, strength, and injury prevention into her rehabilitation approach. She is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love, whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life. Outside the clinic, she enjoys discovering new coffee spots, Pilates, walking by the beach, and training in the gym.
