Foster Horan Senior Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager | Botany
Foster is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin with a Masters in Physiotherapy. He also has an undergraduate degree in Sport Science and Health from Dublin College University.
Foster has worked within a professional sporting environment for over 10 years both as an athlete and a practitioner. He has played as an Irish Mens Rugby 7s player in the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020 and prepared athletes for the Rio Olympic Games 2016 during an internship in Ireland's Institute of Sport. He also worked in the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) covering the Irish rugby 7s, Ireland U20s and Ireland Womens XV.
He has worked as a physiotherapist in numerous private practices. He is experienced working with a wide range of clients such as adolescence, working professionals and sports athletes.
Foster enjoys working with all different clients and is motivated in getting the most out of each and every individual using his experience with working with some of the best athletes in the world in a professional setting.
Foster specialises in blending hands on therapy, dry needling and individually designed rehabilitation programmes to ensure optimal recovery for all patients.
