3 Key Recovery Phases
RecoverPhase 1 is all about understanding your body and recovering from your pain and symptoms. This is the first step we take to help you feel better quickly so you will usually see your physio more frequently for a short period of 2-3 weeks. We use a range of techniques to get results you can feel from your very first appointment. |
MoveDuring Phase 2 we focus on identifying and treating the underlying causes of your condition. We use active therapy to help you feel better, move better and self-progress outside of the consulting room so that you can achieve your rehabilitation, fitness, performance or lifestyle goals without having to rely on ongoing treatment. |
