James completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, in 2014, and his Honours in Physiology, in 2015, at The University of Adelaide, before completing his Masters of Physiotherapy, in 2016, at The University of South Australia. He has over seven years experience as a physiotherapist, and enjoys seeing all clients from all age groups, with a particular interest in sporting injuries. He has played competitive soccer and hockey since childhood and has learnt a great deal first hand, by treating his own injuries over the years. His approach is both relaxed and thorough, and he enjoys helping clients achieve their goals, whether that be simply reducing pain or complete rehabilitation from injury followed by strength and conditioning for prevention.
Outside of work he enjoys writing, drawing, cooking and keeping fit.
