Eloise completed her undergraduate degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University, obtaining a first-class degree in Strength and Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage before completing her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham. She completed her Physiotherapy training through the UK's NHS, which provides her with a toolbox of skills within rehabilitation, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and children’s physiotherapy. She has a vast amount of experience coaching within a gym-based environment alongside strength and conditioning, with an interest in sports rehabilitation. Eloise has a strong passion for gymnastics, in which she has competed since the age of 3, participating at regional and national levels. This has been a driving force in her strong interest in biomechanics and key functional movement patterns. She is passionate about helping people recover and improve through functional movement in a supportive and guided environment, to help build confidence and achieve individual goals. Since moving to Sydney, Eloise has taken up running, with a passion for crossfit, where she enjoys keeping fit and active in her free time.
