Heather joined Movement 101 as part of the Admin team. With over 2 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, she enjoys seeing patients make progress towards better health. She brings a positive and friendly attitude to her role, ensuring that patients feel comfortable from the moment they enter the clinic. She is currently balancing work and university studies, completing a Bachelor of Design. When she isn’t working or studying, Heather loves to stay active. On the weekends, you can find her running, hiking or enjoying the outdoors. She also loves to spend quality time with her friends.
