Kelsey completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and enhance their performance. She has a unique approach that combines hands-on treatment, dry needling and exercise based rehabilitation to ensure an optimal outcome is achieved.
Kelsey has always been a keen sportswoman. She has spent her younger years playing netball and waterpolo and is now competing nationally as an elite surf boat rower for Coogee Surf Lifesaving Club. Kelsey and her team placed second in the Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships 2022 and first in the Short Course Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships 2022. Kelsey became a physio as she was passionate about assisting others to better understand their body, move well and live a more functional life. She has worked with a variety of populations in private practice and has been involved in a sporting environment for over 5 years as a practitioner and an athlete.
With a strong passion for sport and an ability to empathise through personal experiences with injury, Kelsey is interested in treating sports injuries and those who enjoy going to the gym. After recently completing APA Women’s Health Level 1, she has a keen interest in helping women return to exercise post pregnancy.
