​Rosebery is a buzzing and charming little suburb that have been turning heads due to its creative spaces, warehouse conversions, and foodie hangouts. Rosebery is a central, convenient location and a bit of land of contrasts – between modern and old, quiet and busy, and the character-rich and bland. Rosebery is located in the south of the Sydney CBD – while the suburb is out of walking distance, it is a short drive away.

As a whole, the suburb is fairly compact but comes with a lot of good things within its borders. Rosebery is more of a lively and socially-oriented suburb rich in street dining, gatherings at pub life and local restaurants, and feel more communal as a result. The southern side of Rosebery is a land comprising mostly quiet, peaceful residential areas that are extremely clean and quiet considering how busy everything is proximately surrounding it.

Rosebery's proximity to the airport is also a significant benefit when it comes to connectivity for traveling both overseas and domestically. However, this does bring with it some noise over some parts of Rosebery due to the aircraft. Rosebery is also well-equipped when it comes to essential amenities.
