Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of her patients. Graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University, she has acquired a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient centred care.
Sarah’s journey in physiotherapy has been multifaceted, encompassing a diverse range of experiences as she has worked across both private practice and public hospital systems. She has had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including dancers seeking to optimise their performance, as well as older adults participating in falls and balance classes. These experiences have deepened her understanding of movement and rehabilitation across the lifespan, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
With a passion for movement that stems from her background in dancing, Sarah infuses creativity and agility into her physiotherapy sessions. She continues to share her love for dance by teaching, leveraging her expertise to help others stay active and prevent injuries.
Sarah’s mission as a physiotherapist is to empower individuals of all ages to move with confidence, vitality and joy. She is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where patients feel empowered to take charge of their health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, art, following women’s football (go the Matilda’s) and has started learning how to play tennis!
