Sean is an enthusiastic physio who holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. With a passion for helping others, he has gained valuable experience working in various private practices, sports surgery clinics, and sporting organisations.
Throughout his career, Sean has provided exceptional physiotherapy services to a range of athletes and teams. He has worked closely with the Munster Rugby Academy, as well as different soccer and GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) teams in Ireland. Sean's personal experience as a high-level hurling player has given him valuable insight into the rehabilitation process from both the athlete's and physiotherapist's perspectives. He understands the significance of incorporating strength and conditioning principles into his rehabilitation programs, as he believes they play a crucial role in injury prevention and management.
Recognising the physical and psychological impact of injuries on individuals' lives, Sean finds fulfilment in assisting his clients in returning to their pre-injury levels of activity and beyond. He combines a variety of manual techniques with personalised exercise prescription to optimise the outcomes of clients rehabilitation. While always seeking further learning and professional development, Sean has recently relocated to Australia and planning to complete a Master of Sports Physiotherapy degree, allowing him to expand his expertise and provide even more comprehensive care to his clients and our community.
