Meet Shash. He loves helping people of all skill levels and abilities improve their lives through movement in a way that they enjoy!
Shash can help you with small bouts of pain like a shoulder or neck irritation, long term rehab like ACL injuries or shoulder surgeries and injuries, or improving chronic pain like lower back pain. He also loves tying this into your favourite activities to help you perform better in your sport!
Shash is especially passionate about cricket, touch football and basketball. He played 1st grade cricket in the Sydney Shires competition for several years, and has been a net bowler for touring international cricket teams and the Australian cricket team. Shash also plays Division 1 representative touch football. His thirst for knowledge means he is very interested in the sports he played, as well as similar sports like rugby, AFL, soccer, baseball, and speed and agility training, among others.
As a physiotherapist, Shash has worked with elite organisations such as Hype Cricket Academy, Sydney Scorpions Touch Football, Manly Mermaids and Parra Two Blues Rugby, Hawkesbury FC and Blacktown Spartans FC in football, and Northwest Sydney Gridiron. He has also worked one on one to rehab Olympians, US college and NBL1 basketball players, Cricket NSW cricketers, NRL players and national representatives in touch football, rugby union and ultimate frisbee.
Shash has learnt from experts in various sporting fields including Jonas Dodoo and Alan Murdoch of Speedworks Training, Roger Fabri of Speedacademy, Steffan Jones of the Rajasthan Royals, and Nathan Kiely of Cricket NSW and the Brisbane Broncos. He is also qualified in dry needling, level 1 sports physiotherapy, and has learnt from rehab experts such as David Grey, Mick Hughes and Gary Ward.
