Get back to your healthy, pain-free life with the help of our Workcover Physio'sPhysiotherapy plays a significant role in helping people recover from work-related injuries since worker’s compensation insurance usually covers recovery plans. Physiotherapists are trained to work with patients to help restore mobility, strength, and activity following an injury, which is why it is crucial to meet with one as soon as you can to get started on the right recovery plan for your needs.

We are WorkCover approved, which means we have the qualification and expertise to treat injured workers. At Movement 101, we use the most advanced methods of pain relief, enhanced mobility, and overall well-being. Our tests are used to assess the injury, focusing on range of motion and positioning as well as identifying imbalances. All of these tests help us determine any underlying problem you may have. After the assessment, our physiotherapists will develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, in addition to helping you with the right performance techniques to help you avoid further injury in the future. With our experienced, caring team, you don’t have to be afraid of working with a physiotherapist. |
How can an Exercise Physiologist Therapist help with my work injury?Exercise Physiologists are university-trained health experts who have undertaken comprehensive training to assess and treat health conditions and injury with clinical exercise. An exercise physiologist works with you to develop a treatment program that helps your composition and flexibility. There use diverse physical activities to improve your condition.
Our focus at Movement101 is to provide significant outcomes to ensure you get the very best chance of returning to work in a sustainable and timely manner. Exercise physiology treatment covers more than managing the pain you experience with a work-related injury. In addition, we also focus on preventing injuries in the future. Our intervention is based on improving physical and functional capacity. We start by assessing your physical capabilities, needs, and goals and prescribe individualised and holistic exercise prescriptions, helping you regain strength, endurance, and mobility. As part of our role, we educate our patients about ergonomics, body mechanics, and injury prevention. These sorts of education and exercise programs really allow you to take part in managing your own health. |
